About

Miniature Siberian Huskies are intended to look, act, and behave like standard Siberian Huskies . The Miniature Husky functions as a smaller sized version of the Siberian husky, typically weighing between 15-30 lbs. Mini Huskies are definitely all the fun of a husky in a much smaller package.

Miniature Siberian Huskies were originally developed by Bree Normandin, and their development continues under the watchful eye of our association of authorized Miniature Siberian Husky breeders. Although we operate as independent breeders, we use this site collectively to list our available puppies and connect with folks on the waiting list.

We are looking for new breeders to help us to continue our efforts. If you are interested in working with us, please contact us at minihuskies@gmail.com.

Miniature Siberian Husky Breeders

As of now (2017), all our authorized Miniature Siberian Husky breeders reside in western North Carolina, but we expect this to change as we are working to add new members to our collective. (Hint, hint, we’re looking for breeders to work with us 😉 )

We continue to work diligently to produce quality Miniature Siberian Husky puppies. We work together through this site to place our puppies in loving homes.

Our puppies are raised underfoot in Western North Carolina. We don’t maintain kennels, instead, our dogs enjoy having a typical family life, being socialized with children and other pets. The dogs we use for breeding are thoroughly evaluated before being approved for breeding purposes. We maintain a commitment to producing sound puppies that are healthy and happy members of their new families. Each breeder in our collective is required to:

  • Maintain no more than 4 breeding females of any type.
  • Pups must not be less than 10 weeks of age when traveling to their new homes.
  • Provide a 5-year health guarantee to buyers that provides a replacement puppy if a fatal congenital defect occurs without requiring buyers to give up a dog that has already been part of their family.
  • Provide buyers with a health certificate on their puppy.

We do ask Miniature  Husky buyers to be beware when responding to ads for Miniature Siberian Huskies for sale. There are numerous folks online who claim to produce Miniature Siberian Huskies. We’ve had several folks come to us who have been scammed by these unscrupulous folks. All authorized breeders currently reside in western North Carolina. We all work to place Miniature Huskies via this website and our Facebook page. We do not advertise elsewhere.
